Shirley was a graduate of Commercial High School, class of 1949 and Georgia Teachers College, 1952, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She was a Teacher with Nativity Catholic School and was a member of Southside Baptist in Savannah, Georgia. No service is planned at this time. He grew up in and around Indianapolis, graduating from Ben Davis High School in 1962, earning nine varsity letters along the way (football, basketball, wrestling, and baseball). She was born in Effingham County, daughter of Charles S. and Grace Edwards McCall. In 1969, Dominica took flight by herself and immigrated to the United States with three children under the age of four years old. Her favorite team was the Pittsburg Penguins and she traveled with her best friends to several destinations to watch her Penguins play.
